In Buddhist practice, we often don’t speak of a soul. However, the ancients understood well how we are divided against ourselves. Join the Bozeman Zen Group with Reverend Karen DeCotis, for this half-day of meditation practice. The morning includes sitting and walking meditation, instruction, tea and dialogue. We shall enter the ancient koan, Senjo and Her Soul are Separated, to investigate our tendencies of separation within ourselves. Practices of acceptance and integration will weave through the morning. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome!
