Through guided meditations, dharma talks and discussion, visiting teacher Nancy Taylor helps us explore together how to cultivate these moments free of craving, how to notice them and savor the taste of freedom. Nancy Taylor has been meditating for over 38 years and has been trained as a Community Dharma Leader through Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She has taught day-long meditation retreats and classes in Idaho and Wyoming for years. Her practice is Mindfulness or Insight Meditation in the Vipassana tradition. She lives in the Jackson, WY area.
