A U.S. judge in Montana ruled Friday that tribal and environmental lawsuits against the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline may go forward.

Police on the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation have identified a suspect, and seized a vehicle, believed to be involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 16-year-old girl earlier this month.

Thirty-three bison were transferred from Yellowstone National Park to the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation on Monday.
