Republican Representative Greg Gianforte was in Billings today to hold a campaign event in his bid for governor.
Gianforte spoke to a small group of people in a warehouse belonging to electric company Action Electric.
“We’re launching today a statewide effort to enlist the help of every Montanan to enlist a business plan for every Montanan," Gianforte said.
He asked those present to give input the Montana Business Plan website, where there’s a form members of the public can fill out to submit their ideas.
Gianforte is starting his second bid for governor much like the first, with building a platform that promises more high wage jobs in the state. Before running for public office, Gianforte started a software company in Bozeman that was sold to Oracle in 2011.
