Montana Arts Council

The Montana Arts Council is the agency of state government established to develop the creative potential of all Montanans, advance education, spur economic vibrancy, and revitalize communities through involvement in the arts.

Executive Director Tatiana Gant has led the organization for the past two years. She is a trained visual artist and for several years maintained a studio practice.

Billings may not be Hollywood, but for a while earlier this month, it was the primary location of a feature film. "We Burn Like This" draws inspiration from the Magic City’s response to anti-Semitism in the 1990’s.
