Alleged Al Qaeda Tape Warns of Possible Attacks

A new audiotape purportedly from Osama bin Laden's top deputy threatens attacks against the United States if terrorism suspects being held at Guantanamo Bay are harmed. Attorney General John Ashcroft says the tape signals that "the war is still underway." The threat comes as the administration moves to tighten security at the nation's airports.
