The Affordable Care Act's Future Is In The Hands Of The Supreme Court — Again

The Affordable Care Act comes before the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday. At issue is the health care law’s individual mandate, which was upheld by the Supreme Court in 2012, but a new conservative majority on the court could invalidate the ACA.
