The Montana Air National Guard will fly over hospitals across the state on May 6 to salute the first responders on the frontlines of the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The Montana Air National Guard will fly over hospitals across the state on May 6 to salute the first responders on the frontlines of the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Two routes will begin in Great Falls and be flown at the same time, with one flying east and one west.

Cities on the Eastern route include Lewistown, Harlem, Wolf Point, Glendive, Hardin, Miles City, Billings, Livingston and Bozeman.

Cities on the Western Route include Havre, Shelby, Browning, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, Kalispell, Polson, Ronan, Missoula, Butte and Helena.

The flyovers will begin in Great Falls at 10:45 A.M. The eastern route will end at 1:20 P.M. in Bozeman. The western route will end in Helena at 12:55.
