Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is asking for the public’s help in the investigation of a moose poaching incident in the Little Belt Mountains near Great Falls last week.

FWP game wardens believe the adult cow was shot and abandoned along the Hughesville Road east of Monarch sometime between Thursday, November 18th, and Friday afternoon, November 19th.

Anyone with information on the case is encouraged to call the FWP hotline at 1-800-TIP-MONT.

Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
