Hurricane Laura Intensifies As Storm Heads Toward Gulf Coast

Tropical Storm Laura has intensified into a hurricane Tuesday morning as it heads toward the Gulf Coast. Residents along parts of the Texas and Louisiana coasts have been ordered to evacuate ahead of the storm.
