The Red Lodge Songwriter Festival proudly returns for its 10th
Annual celebration, taking place June 18–20, 2026, in the heart of downtown Red
Lodge, Montana.

This milestone year promises an unforgettable weekend of storytelling
and song, featuring some of the most respected names in songwriting alongside rising
talent from across North America.

This year’s Legends & Headliners include Gary Nicholson, Even Stevens, and Gary
Burr—all inductees of the Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame—joined by acclaimed
songwriters Georgia Middleman, Bridgette Tatum, and Darden Smith. Together, they
headline a dynamic lineup of more than 50 performances by exceptional songwriters
from Nashville, the United States, and Canada.

Hosted in eight charming venues throughout downtown Red Lodge, the festival offers
an intimate, walkable music experience unlike any other. From cozy listening rooms to
lively gathering spots, audiences can hear the stories behind the songs and experience
live music up close in a welcoming mountain-town setting.

The Red Lodge Songwriter Festival is organized by Rocky Mountain Songwriter
Festivals Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting the art of songwriting
while supporting the local community. Our mission is to attract destination music fans to
the region, generate incremental revenue for local businesses, and support music
education initiatives in Red Lodge and surrounding areas.
