Shaping Our Future: A Conversation on Local Government Review
Shaping Our Future: A Conversation on Local Government Review
On our June ballots, voters will be asked if they want to review the effectiveness of their county or city government. This panel discussion featuring local community leaders will discuss questions like what it means if you vote yes, the strengths/weaknesses of our current local government and potential benefits/drawbacks of establishing a Local Government Review Commission. We will conclude with a question and answer period.
Our panel consists of:
- Kathleen Gilluly, Retired Editor/Publisher at The Laurel Outlook
- Don Jones, Yellowstone County Commissioner
- Kendra Shaw, Billings City Councilmember
- Chuck Tooley, Former Billings Mayor
