Retail Sales Leap By Nearly 18%; Powell Begins Testimony To Congress

Retail sales beat economists predictions by more than double, rising nearly 18% in May after falling 15% in April. Meanwhile, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is testifying Tuesday and Wednesday before Congress.
