On this episode of 56 Counties, host Russell Rowland features Montana's Park County through interviews with journalist and author Scott McMillion and producer Joanne Gardner.

Scott McMillion returned to his home town of Livingston in 1988 and began a career as a journalist and author. He is editor and publisher of Montana Quarterly magazine.

Joanne Gardner moved to Livingston in 2005 after a decade as SR. VP of Video Production at Sony Music, creating clips for artists including Will Smith, Beyonce, John Mayer, Ricky Martin, Bob Dylan, Aerosmith, the Fugees, and hundreds more. This followed a long stint in video production in Nashville as an award winning producer and director. She started creating musical events in Montana and now produces several annual events with her husband- musician John Lowell - through their Mighty Fine Time company. They've been nominated for three Montana Governor's Tourism Event of the Year awards for their production of the Livingston Hoot and the National Park Service 100th anniversary in Yellowstone. She's pretty sure she'll stay in Montana the rest of her days.
